The 1000L beer brewhosue is made of stainless steel 304, intergrated with 2 pumps, 2 vessel beer brewhosue mash - lauter tun, boiler - whirlpool. Mash - lauter tun has raker run by frequency inverter motor. Manual operation. Stainless steel platform and control cabinet. Quality food grade pipes and Valves. Sight glass manway.

The complete 1000L brewery equipment include malt mill, brew water plant, hot water tank and cold water tank, heat exchanger and 12 fermentation tanks.

The steam heating brewhouse is 2 vessel American type.

This brewhosue includes, but not limited to

1. 2 vessels fully insulated, both vessels have heating function.

2. SUS304 stainless steel or above standard material are completely used.

3. Convenient cabinet control of all brewing process, manual operation of valves.

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available.

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished.

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank.

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement.

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, drain at the center of bottom, equipped with sample tap, temperature sensor, beer faucet.

6. Cold water inlet and outlet.

7. PU insulation 50mm.
